Many of the people like you who want to apply for a government job ask me to send the application forms directly to them. Sometimes it is very difficult for them to find the job application form anywhere on the Internet or their local market.

As I am committed to provide the best services to my website visitors all over the world, I have decided to distribute application forms also for certain vacancies. If you do not find the application form for the vacancy you want to apply for, you can ask me to send it directly to you.

If you need the Application Form for a vacancy, here is what you can do:

First Option

Go to the “More Details & Application Form” section of the vacancy and you will see a link of the website where you can download the application form.

Second Option

If there is no download link provided or no website given where you can download the application form, then you should go to the “Download Employment Newspaper” section of this website which is on the navigation menu bar and can search for the scanned copy of the employment newspaper you want. You can then download the desired page of the employment newspaper and can re-type the application form given in that vacancy.

The Last Option

If you have already tried above two points but still you can’t get the application form for the vacancy you want to apply then there is still a solution. You have to ask me and I will send it to you directly but you need to pay for it because it will cost me to get the application form typed for you and send it to you through courier or by mail after scanning it. Here is what you can do in this case:

1. Send me a mail on forms@presencebar.com and tell me the vacancy details fully. Tell me about the vacancy title, date when it is published in employment newspaper, page where it is published (not compulsory) and the last date of that vacancy (not compulsory). You can provide more details if you want.

2. I will try my best to provide you the form but if I don’t have the application form you want, I will simply send a reply to you that I am unable to send it to you.

3. If I have the form and if I can send it to you, I will reply to your mail and will ask you to send me a fee of Rs. 100/-  We will discuss through the mail what is the comfortable way for you to send me this fee, via Internet transfer, via DD or via money order.

4. You will send the fee to me and write me a mail about your payment. If you have sent it through Internet, you will send me the transaction number, if you send me via DD you will email me its DD number and all the details etc. You will also tell me how do you want to receive your application form, a soft copy (scanned) via email or hard copy (paper) via courier.

5. Once I receive your payment, I will dispatch your application form within 24 hours and will email you about it. If I send it to you by courier, I will email you all the details of it.

6. In case if you want your application form by courier, there should be at least 20 days left to expire the vacancy for which you need your application form.

As this service is very new right now, you are welcome to send me your suggestion or feedback about it to pragati@presencebar.com.

I also want to assure you that if in any case the application form is not reached you, I will refund your money back! Both parties need to be honest in this case.
