ii) Must have adequate knowledge of operational use of fire fighting equipment. Basic course of fire-fighting (6 months)
Physical Standards:
a) Height – 165 cms
b) Chest (un-expended) – 81.5 cms
c) Chest (expended) – 85 cms
d) weight – 50 kgs
Endurance Test:
a) carrying 63.5 kgs man to 183 mtrs within 96 secs
b) 2.7 mtrs long jump on both feet
c) climbing 3 mtrs vertical rope with hands and feet
