Job Description:

Applications are invited from eligible candidates in prescribed format for the post of  Principal Scientific Officer (Traffic & Transport Branch) on deputation basis in pay scale of Rs 37400 aE" 67000 + GP 8700/-

Vacancies:

Pay Scale: aE"aE"> Rs 37400 aE" 67000 + GP 8700/-

Qualifications:aE">   The candidates in order to be eligible for above post shall be:
i) holding analogous post in regular service OR
ii) have at least 5 years regular service in grade rendered after appointment thereto in the scale of Revised PB  Rs 15600 aE" 39100 + GP 7600/- or equivalent   OR   have at least 10 years regular service in grade rendered after appointment thereto in the scale of Revised PB  Rs 15600 aE" 39100 + GP 6600/- or equivalent

iii)   BacheloraE™s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with automobile Engineering as a subject   OR

iv)   10 yearsaE™ experience in maintenance of traffic control equipment or of maintenance work in automobile workshop or in the field of instrumentation or in traffic engineering, traffic safety, motor vehicle designing

Age:aE"> 56 years
