Job Description:

Applications are invited from eligible candidates in prescribed format for the post of Scientist, Engineer, Registrar, Assistant, LDC, Driver on regular basis in various pay scales

Vacancies:

Name of Post:> Scientist ‘C’ [17]

Pay Scale: —-> Rs 15600 – 391000 + GP 6600/-

Qualifications:>  The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:
i)  M.Sc. in Physics/Astrophysics and Ph.D. degree with consistently good academic records with minimum 55%;
ii)  one year Post Doctoral research experience and good research contribution in the areas of Galactic/Extragalactic/Solar (Astronomy and Astrophysics)

iii)   Preferable: Experience in Observations/Instrumentation

ii)  Experience in the Finance/Accounts including Establishment matters in Central Govt./Autonomous Organization/Academic Research Institutes/PSU in supervisory capacity for2 years with grade pay Rs. 4800

iii)   The candidates should possess necessary skills & experience of finance and Accounts work in computerized environment
