Applications are invited from eligible candidates in prescribed format for the posts of Registrar , Section Officer, Assistant, Secretary, Steno, Hindi Officer, Translator, Accountant on regular basis in various pay scales

Vacancies:

Name of Post:> Registrar [1]

Pay Scale: —-> PB-4 + GP Rs. 8700

Qualifications:>   The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:

By Deputation
Officers possessing Degree in Law from a recognized University and holding;
i) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/ Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government / Courts/Tribunals, with five years regular service in PB-3 (Rs. 15600-39100), GP- Rs.7600, or
iii) Post in Central Government or State Government / Courts/Tribunals, with eleven years regular service in PB-3 (Rs. 15600-39100), GP- Rs.6600.

Qualifications:>   The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:
By Deputation:-
Officers possessing Degree in Law from a recognized University and holding;
i) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/ Courts/ Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government

A)   i) 40% by deputation
ii) 60% by promotion on the basis of aE˜merit cum seniorityaE™ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.
B) Deputation:-Officers possessing a Degree in Law from recognized University and holding;
i) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with five years regular service in PB-2 of (Rs. 9300-34800) GP-5400

A)  100% by promotion on the basis of aE˜merit cum seniorityaE™ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.
B)  Deputation:-  Officers holding

i) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with six years regular service in the PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800), GP-4200.
Essential aE" Knowledge in Computer operation.

Pay Scale: —-> PB-2 + GP Rs. 4200

Qualifications:>   The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:
A)   100% by direct recruitment failing which by deputation or absorption.
B)  Direct Recruitment

i) LLB/Degree in Law (Regular Course) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India with minimum 55% marks.
ii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from recognised institution.
iii) Desirable- Preference will be given to candidates possessing a degree with Environmental
Studies/Science as one of the subjects; or having 2 years working experience in the field of
environment.

C)    Deputation:-

i) Possessing a Degree in Law from recognised University and holding;
ii) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
iii) With Six years regular service in PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) GP-2800.
iv) Upper Division Clerk in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with 8 years regular service in the PB-1 of (Rs. 5200-20200) GP-2400
EssentialaE"Knowledge in Computer operation.

Qualifications:>   The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:
A)  100% by promotion on the basis of aE˜merit cum seniorityaE™ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.

B)  Deputation:- Officers possessing a degree in Law from recognized University and holding;

i) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with six years regular service in the PB-2; of (Rs. 9300-34800) GP-4800.
iii) Possessing speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand (English/Hindi)
Essential:aE" Working knowledge of Computer operation

Qualifications:>   The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:
A)  50% by Deputation
i) 50% Promotion on the basis of aE˜merit cum seniorityaE™ (written test and interview) of eligible
candidates failing which by deputation.

B)  Deputation:- Possessing BacheloraE™s degree from a recognised University and holding;
Analogous posts on regular basis in Central Governments/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post of Court Master/Stenographer Grade aE˜CaE™ with at least two years regular service in the grade of PB-2; (Rs. 9300-34800) GP- 4600 [pre-revised 6500-200-10500] and possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in type writing (English) in Central/ State Governments/ Courts/Tribunals.
Essential- Computer Training Course of at least 6 monthsaE™ duration
Desirable – Degree in Law

Pay Scale: —-> PB-2 + GP Rs. 4200

Qualifications:>   The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:
A)  i) 50% by direct recruitment
ii) 50% by promotion on the basis of aE˜seniority cum rejection of unfitaE™ of eligible candidates failing which by deputation

B)  Direct Recruitment:-

i) Degree in Law with at least 55% marks from any recognised University.
(ii) Skill Test Norms:
Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription: 65 mts (Eng.); 75 mts (Hindi) (On manual typewriter); or 50 mts (Eng.); 65 mts (Hindi) (on computer)
(iii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from a recognised institution.

Age:> 20-27 years

Qualifications:>   The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:

B)  Direct recruitment:

i) Graduation from a Recognised University with at least 55% marks.
ii) Skill Test Norms:
Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription: 65 mts (Eng.); 75 mts (Hindi) (On manual typewriter); or 50 mts (Eng.); 65 mts (Hindi) (on computer)
iii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from a recognised institution.

C)    Deputation:-

(i) Persons holding analogous post on regular basis in Central Governments/State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
(ii) Persons holding the posts in PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) GP-4800 with 8 years regular service in the respective grade pay in the Central/ State Governments/ Courts/Tribunals.

i) Master`s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective
subject or as medium of examination at Degree level with minimum 55% marks.
ii) Recognised Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central Government or State Government including Government of India undertaking

ii) Post in PB-1 (Rs.5200-20200), Grade Pay 1900 with 8 yearsaE™ service in Central Governments or State Governments or Courts/Tribunals.
Essential aE" Working knowledge of Computer operation
Desirable- Computer Training Course of at least 6 monthsaE™ duration
